The Property
The Indian Paintbrush Lodge is a 6,860 sq ft custom-built home perfect for living the mountain lifestyle! Nestled on nearly 500 acres of tranquil private property that borders Pike National Forest, the Lodge offers a serene, remote backdrop while still being just an hour scenic drive to Colorado Springs, and two and a half hour drive to Denver International Airport.
The Lodge features a jaw dropping, beamed tongue-n-groove cathedral ceiling and a great room with a grand floor to ceiling river rock fireplace. A wall of windows with 3 sets of French doors open to a huge wraparound deck with stunning mountain views. Another set of French Doors lead to the large 48 x 45 screened-in porch. The gourmet kitchen with center island sous station and prep sink is fully equipped for guest use. The main level master bedroom is spacious with vaulted ceilings, a private fireplace, and adjoining bath with twin vanities and walk-in closet. There is a massive bonus family room with French doors leading outside to a deck, and a second master suite with a sitting area and adjoining bath. Downstairs you’ll find two more spacious bedrooms. The lower level also hosts a full bath and a tiled sauna/steam room with dressing area! The entire property is allergen friendly (sorry no pets).
We offer additional packages for on site activities including hiking, horseback riding, ATV tours, ziplining, fishing, and more. The property is located less than five minutes from Eleven Mile State Part. Visitors can enjoy water activities including kayaking, canoeing, sailing, motor boating, fishing and much more. Local attractions include white water rafting, Mount Princeton Hot Springs, zip lines and countless outdoor activities.
